Start your Sunday with peace and tranquility as we gather for our Soft Sunday Yoga event. We will begin with a 30 minute yoga flow followed by an interactive tutorial on flower arrangements Bring a flower bouquet of your choosing to arrange & exchange with others! Filler flowers and flower bags will be provided along with fruit-sweetened lemonade & tea! All are welcome! This unique experience is designed to nourish both body and soul, combining gentle movement with a creative outlet.
Event Highlights:
1. Gentle Yoga Flow (10:00 AM – 11:00 AM):
Begin your morning with a refreshing 30-minute yoga session, led by a certified yoga instructor. This flow is suitable for all levels, focusing on relaxation, deep stretching, and connecting with your breath. No prior yoga experience is necessary—just bring a mat, a comfortable outfit, and an open heart.
2. Interactive Flower Arrangement Tutorial (11:00 AM – 11:30 AM):
After our yoga session, immerse yourself in the art of flower arranging! Each participant is invited to bring a flower bouquet of their choosing. Our skilled floral designer will guide you through the process of creating a beautiful arrangement, sharing tips and techniques along the way. This is a wonderful opportunity to express your creativity and learn new skills.
3. Flower Exchange:
Once you’ve crafted your floral masterpiece, enjoy a meaningful exchange with fellow participants. You’ll have the chance to swap arrangements, taking home a unique bouquet created by someone else—perfect for brightening up your space or giving as a gift!
We will supply all the filler flowers and flower bags needed to complete your arrangements. If you forget your bouquet, don’t worry—we’ll have a limited number of extra flowers available.
5. Refreshments:
Enjoy light, refreshing beverages throughout the event, including fruit-sweetened lemonade and a selection of herbal teas. These will be available to sip on while you create and mingle.
6. Community and Connection:
This event is open to everyone, regardless of age or skill level. Whether you’re attending alone or with friends, you’ll find a welcoming community eager to share in this gentle, creative morning.
