Name one of the top 100 urbanists, Carol Colleta is the keynote for Jacksonville’s Downtown Great Cities Symposium. She also led the Mayors’ Institute on City Design, a collaboration of the National Endowment for the Arts, U.S. Conference of Mayors and American Architectural Foundation to help mayors tackle their thorniest civic design challenges.
